Quick update on Landlord Licensing. We are currently working our way through the first stage of applications for our landlords and we have to say it's even more time-consuming and complicated this time round! But, we've got our process in place and we're working through them at a good pace to ensure all our landlords get that early bird discount.
Whenever we complete an application, we are adding the confirmation documents to the landlord's 'My Area' so keep an eye out for these being uploaded.
Any landlords that would like us to apply on their behalf but are yet to instruct us should let us know by Friday 27 May.
