24/7 MyArea making life easier for clients

Our 24/7 MyArea software is one of the many reasons that landlords and vendors are choosing us as their agent. This is our secure, innovative online system which gives clients’ real-time updates on viewings, offers, inspections, maintenance requirements, accounting statements, invoices and sales progression. MyArea means clients can access their property information out-of-hours, while still being to work with their property managers during the day!

We have had a number of new clients start working with us recently, and as part of their induction, our director Joe Gervin showed them how they can get the most out of their My Area. Already it is proving useful to them, especially for those living out of the country or those with larger portfolios. Joe said: "We've had nothing but positive feedback from our new - and exisiting - clients about MyArea. Not only have they reported that it is keeping them up-to-date on the status of their properties, but with all their property-related documents being stored in one secure place it is helping them stay organised."

One client, whose portfolio we have managed since 2013, said: "I use MyArea on a regular basis to keep track of our property portfolio. It allows me to check the status of rents, safety certificates, inspections and maintenance issues. Having the necessary information at my fingertips is essential and also very helpful in making informed business decisions.  

MyArea is currently being used by landlords and vendors but we are in the process of rolling it out to tenants who can use it to store tenancy-related documents, log repairs and see the progress of any maintenance requirements.
