This is our secure, innovative online system which gives clients’ real-time updates on viewings, offers, inspections, maintenance requirements, accounting statements, invoices and sales progression. MyArea means clients can access their property information out-of-hours, while still being to work with their property managers during the day!
We have had a number of new clients start working with us recently, and as part of their induction, our director Joe Gervin showed them how they can get the most out of their My Area. Already it is proving useful to them, especially for those living out of the country or those with larger portfolios.
