We have just launched our new website. It is fresh, modern and simple, which is exactly what we wanted!
Our marketing manager Jane Gervin developed the site with our customers in mind, so we’ve made sure their properties which we are selling or letting look fantastic and we’ve also created dedicated areas for landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers.
The parts of the site that our clients will need to access, such as our instant valuation tool, our client log-in area and the tenants Report a Repair are hopefully easier to find! And we’ve refreshed all the other parts of our website – the about us, our role in the community etc – to reflect where we are as a company and where we want to be in the future. We will also be updating our blog more frequently to share useful information.
Director and in-house solicitor Joe Gervin said: “Our previous site didn’t really represent our company anymore, so being a proactive company, we used lockdown as an opportunity to put things into place that will help us push our business forward! This is one of the benefits of being an independent company; we can just make a decision and run with it.
“We’ve also used the time to update some of our technology, improving our valuation software and our client log-in area. This, along with our office move, has really given our staff a boost and, of course, this will hugely benefit our existing and new customers.”
