People look at photos before reading descriptions. This is why we have our very own inhouse photographer, who uses the best angles and lighting to capture properties at their best! See an example of some of our photography HERE. We also film video walkthroughs of all properties to share before face to face viewings. And, where relevant we will arrange 360 degree virtual tours.
Our in-house copywriter (me) writes descriptions that will convince any potential viewer to pick up the phone. They are engaging, clear, factual and emotive and will be fully proof-read before going live! We will also arrange floor plans and organise EPCs.
Your property will be advertised on all the main portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and OnTheMarket and we can also arrange premium listings. To ensure all bases are covered, our properties feature on over 2000 property-related websites – including our very own site and on Google!
With over 10,000 active applicants on our database system you can be sure we have the buyers and tenants waiting to view your properties. We do targeted mailings and also distribute a fortnightly Ezine specifically tailored to promoting our newly listed properties.
Our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts have plenty of followers and we use these to market our sales and lettings properties, and to provide information about Liverpool and the property industry. Our Facebook social media is even linked to a state-of-the-art algorithim software called Hooked to ensure lots of the right people are seeing your property.

We feature all properties in the windows of our Liverpool offices. Every property will also be advertised on a touchscreen television in the London office, which is available 24/7 and helps attract potential national and international investors and re-locating tenants.
Our sales and lettings boards stand out a mile! We place these on all our properties to attract attention from any passing customers. Many companies have stopped using them, but we find a lot of people still get in touch with us about properties after seeing our boards.
All viewings are carried out with one of our full-time sales experts and this includes our evening and Saturday viewings. This means all the right things will be said about your property! Regular feedback is given for all properties and we review unsold properties every 28 days so that any changes or improvements can be made to help get the sale or letting over the line.
