The client manages tenancies in-house, so we provide market appraisals of rental values, a brief description of any repairs required before letting, property marketing and appropriate applications and checks for referencing.
We were first introduced to the client when they purchased a block of 125 apartments from one of our corporate clients. We managed the integration from the old client to the new client, eventually taking over the full instruction. It quickly transpired the previous corporate agent had failed to meet its rental targets, putting too much focus on its commercial and sales practice to the detriment of its lettings.
